The Ensenada Shores Homeowners Association consists of about 450 lots and homes on Canyon Lake, Texas, in gated communities encompassing the Ensenada Shores and Las Brisas subdivisions.
Board of Directors
Our Board of Directors consists of three elected members. The Homeowners Association is a self-managed not-for-profit organization. Various committees and volunteers help to make Ensenada Shores and Las Brisas a desirable place to call home.
Annual Assessment
The association collects an annual assessment, which is used to maintain the two subdivisions’ infrastructure and amenities including swimming pools, water front park and pavilion, fishing pond, picnic areas and walking trails.
